Role

To coordinate activity and administration associated with the delivery of both current and future vocational and education courses (apprenticeships, AEB funded programmes, etc.) that cover all PTS target markets.

  • To coordinate vocational educational training administration duties associated with Port Training Services, including full compliance with Ofsted inspections and the Education Inspection Framework.

  • Be fully conversant with the apprenticeship funding rules as required under the apprentice levy.

  • Have the knowledge and capability to complete all ESFA documentation and data returns.

  • Assist with the completion of reporting processes for awarding bodies and funders.

  • Assist with the coordination internal and external assessors, to ensure effective delivery of administrative and financial systems within the organisation.
