As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be a key part of Plant Operations ensuring that all Supply Chain requirements are achieved. The role will initially be split into two key focus areas:

1. MRP Implementation: Lead the Sage X3 implementation ensuring that all Supply Chain data, inputs and processes are captured. This includes bill of material creation for all finished products

2. Supply Chain Best Practice: Review current working practices and determine where improvements are required and implement where necessary. Ensure that processes align with Sage X3 MRP implementation

Once a ‘business as usual’ position is established then the main accountabilities will be customer demand management, production planning, material scheduling, supplier management and capacity analysis. Data integrity and management of the ERP system will also be a critical part of the role including on-going BOM management.

Experience:
– 3-5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience
– MRP implementation exposure
– Understanding of pull systems and Kan Ban
– Knowledge of JIT, MRP and other modern manufacturing control techniques preferred
– Stock taking and cycle counting expert
– Able to demonstrate analytical and proven problem-solving ability using known methodologies and techniques
– Experienced expeditor
– Must have an attention to detail with an exceptional level of accuracy
– Excellent organisational skills and mathematical aptitude
– Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work to tight deadlines
– PC literacy across all Microsoft applications with a minimum of advanced level MS Excel
– Articulate with good verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to remain analytical and make sound business decisions in a high pressure, fast moving environment
– The ability to communicate at all levels with internal and external customers and suppliers
