Robert Half are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our client in East Bristol. Our client is a European leader in their field and are proud to offer market leading technology and services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who is keen to get into a HR position and department. Our client is a very ‘people’ focused company who are very committed to the support and development of their employees.

This is a full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week, and initially a temporary contract.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include but won’t be limited to:

  • Preparing documentation related to the entire employee lifecycle including offer letters, starters and leaver processes and post-employment administration.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with absence management, escalating more complex absences where appropriate.
  • Assisting the fleet department with administration, documenting vehicle checks, updating systems with driver changers, booking vehicles in for repairs and maintenance etc.
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records, processing payroll reports and general day to day support to the wider HR team.

Your Profile:

  • Strong proven experience in a similar administrative position, with good organisational skills.
  • A good attention to detail, and commitment to a high quality of work.
  • A motivated team player, who has good customer service and interpersonal skills.

Our client is working on a hybrid working model currently, which would require you in the office on a minimum of 2 days per week.

In return, the salary offered is £21,500.
