We have a full time role of Bureau Manager in Stalybridge with a superb team that are looking for the following skills:
– great customer service
– follow up sales reports and achieve team targets
– be responsible for audit results
– cash repsonsibility
– driving incentives for team and motivating others in your role
Some Team Leader / Supervisor experience would be really valuable as you will be responsible for:
– Managing a team – whether this is through coaching the team to drive performance,
managing staffing levels in store (through rostering, absence & annual leave
management), motivating people, recruitment, and performance management
You will be working with Store Management to develop a good working relationship and be a valued operational part of the store.
The role is permanent, full time and 5 days out of 7 worked.
The store operates 8am – 8pm but shifts are varied in this role.
£22 – 22, per annum, parking plus benefits package too.
