Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a major contractor with their search for an experienced construction Cost Planner. The business is privately owned, and has an enviable pipeline of work at present, and a track record of consistently delivering quality buildings within the public sector, inclusive of education, higher education, Justice/Custodial buildings, healthcare and leisure.
Working within the Cost Planning team based in Surrey, the Cost Planner will report to the Head of Cost Planning and play a key part within the Cost Planning function of the business working on projects valued up to £m.
Our client is looking for an ideal candidate from a Cost Planning/ Estimating or Quantity Surveying background with experience working as a Cost Planner, Estimator or Quantity Surveyor. Alongside this, the ideal candidate will also be skilled in preparing cost plans for providing early stage cost advice on construction projects.
