The project you’ll be working on is a £102m New Build Resi & Commercial scheme that will prove to be an iconic project for the region. As the Senior Site Manager, you’ll report into the Senior Project Manager and be responsible for all things construction delivery. We’re looking for somebody like you who is organised, a motivator and not afraid to have the difficult conversations that sometimes need to happen in construction. It would be great if you’d worked on large projects like this previously, however what we’re more interested in is the core skills of management and experience of main contracting.

In addition to a salary of up to £70K, you’ll get an £6500 car allowance or company car, 28 days holiday, performance and profit based bonus, professional accreditations and opportunities to work abroad if you wish.
