The Role
As a team member, you will be providing support for females with mental health issues, learning disabilities and autism.
On a typical day you will be;
Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, washing and cooking.
Participating in activities / hobbies, trips out to the cinema or going on holiday.
Encouraging our people to live an independent life within their own home and the local community.
Administering medication as required.
Completing daily care plans.
Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
The Person
Passionate about care and want to make a difference, previous experience would be beneficial, but not essential.

Ability to adapt to difficult situations and be resilient
A good sense of humor
