We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can join us as Associate Professor in Organisational Culture and make significant contributions to the implementation of our research, leadership, learning and teaching, and business and community engagement strategy in this area.

You will have a PhD in Management, or relevant discipline, and will be joining the International Business, Marketing and Strategy department within the School of Management. You will contribute to the Department’s continuing success through quality research output, delivering an excellent learning and teaching experience to our students, and taking on strategic leadership roles during the tenure of your employment. Along with your teaching responsibilities, you will maintain an excellent research track record of publishing high quality (3/4*) research papers in refereed journals and the capacity to capture grants to support the School of Management’s reputation. You will also be expected to contribute to the distance learning degree programmes at the School of Management.
