Customer Service & Sales Coordinator-Newmarket – £21,-£25, (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our clients brilliant team in Newmarket! This is a great position for someone passionate about delivering Customer Service in a fast paced role!

Salary: £21,-£25, (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 Hours)

Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer’s requirements and deliver excellent sales and customer service ensuring orders are dispatched on time and that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • To process orders coming in from phone, website and colleagues in the sales team
  • Up-sell and cross sell wherever possible to increase revenue
  • To work under pressure to realistic but challenging team based sales targets
  • Grow existing customer revenue and continually bring on new business through prospect research and lead follow ups
  • Show customers through the companies showroom and assist at trade events (4 events off site per year)
