Customer Service Administrator

Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of renowned client they are a accountancy practice. This role is based in Wrexham for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a 12 week temporary contract then becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Therefore we are looking for excellent administrators with high levels of working standards.

Salary – £10.42 – £10.82 per hour

Hours – Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location – Wrexham

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in building relationships with client and customers
  • Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience in working within a financial environment
  • Computer literacy- including Microsoft excel and outlook
  • Interest in accountancy
  • Main duties and responsibilities of role

    General duties will include:

  • Be the first point of call, both on the phone and via email.
  • Making outgoing calls to clients and on occasions third parties.
  • Advise clients on financial, taxation and administration matters.
  • Input expense claims onto the system.
  • Manage and monitor projects.
  • Chase outstanding payments.
  • Research and respond to any client complaints.
