Team Administrator (Band 3) – Infection Prevention and Control & Tissue Viability

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide administrative support to the infection prevention and control and tissue viability teams!

The applicant should have good organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The role is varied and you will need to be a good team player with excellent communication skills and a courteous and efficient telephone manner.

This band 3 post is a permanent role, working 25 hours over 4/5 days; Monday to Friday based at the Weston site.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide an efficient and responsive administrative support for both the Infection Prevention and Control and Tissue Viability nursing teams.
  • To consistently deliver a quality service which ensures that Infection Prevention and Control and Tissue Viability services meet deadlines within agreed timescales
  • To contribute to the integrity and reputation of the Trust through effective and harmonious attitudes and relationships with patients, colleagues and hospital personnel.
