Import Merchandiser
We are partnering with a Manchester based retail & fashion company in the appointment of an import merchandiser. On an growth trajectory, this is a great opportunity to work for a successful business specialising in the ladies footwear sector.
Reporting into the Director, the business is looking for a self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision.
Duties will include:
- Processing purchase orders from different sales channels
- Liaising with factories for compliance purposes
- Obtaining samples and managing inspection and testing
- Creating Look Books
- Using excel to generate reports.
- Listing products and liaising with our third-party merchandising team to ensure all products are active on all channels.
YOU:
- Strong administration experience gained in an order management capacity
- Detail orientated
- Previous experience in merchandise/retail advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills able to liaise with factories, logistics, creative
