We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Head of PRE to join our successful, friendly and creative team who enjoy an excellent reputation both within and beyond the school. If you are an effective practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate students, we would like to hear from you.

Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 8. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

The staff at Avanti Fields School are passionate about our school and are relentlessly focused on improving the achievement and opportunities for all our students.     What will you do?

  • Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class(es) ensuring equality of opportunity for all
  • Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct
  • Work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with learners, parents/families, governors, other staff, the Avanti Schools Trust and external agencies in the best interests of pupils
