This role focuses across four accounts and requires an individual who has excellent communication and people management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

As an accomplished finance/operational manager, you will play a critical role in day-to-day billing management and reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard working team with great exposure across the wider business, speaking closely with clients and inhouse specialised.

Some of your key responsibilites will include:

  • Managing daily tasks including processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Tracking expenses and income on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Review and deliver the monthly financial report pack with markets and teams
  • Deliver quarterly cashflow report across EMEA markets 
  • Provide monthly staff plan report (Pace Report) 
  • Manage client billing system (Supplier Connect) and resolve queries 
  • Facilitate monthly client calls for financial and billing queries 
  • Deliver market-specific financial training and new market onboarding 
  • Support client quarterly business reviews with financial and billing performance information 
  • Create operational process playbooks for markets and teams
  • Qualifications

  • Have the ability to manage stakeholders positively and proactively, maintain strong relationships with clients and activation teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, have the ability to diplomatically challenge clients.
  • Lead discussions with passion and enthusiasm as the face of the agency.
  • Strong foundation in traditional and digital media, including brand and performance media, and industry knowledge.
  • Be the trusted eyes and ears of clients, deeply familiar with their business.
  • An individual who has experience reporting finances and analysing work, crosschecking financial figures
