Job summary

HaveringPCNs (South, Marshalls and North) and Havering Health GP Federation are workingtogether to ensure that there is an effective and coordinated approach todigital transformation across the borough. Although the PCNs will have theirnamed DTL this is a cross PCN approach ensuring that the staff can draw oneach other for their work programmes. Each PCN will have its own requirementbut there will be some approaches that are better implemented across the borough,and this is where the team approach will come into its own.

The Digital Lead roles areexciting roles that will lead transformation work across the PCN and use Digitalwhere appropriate to enable the change and maximise the use of the toolsavailable. The Digital and Transformation leads will work with clinical andoperational teams within a Primary Care Network (PCN) to improve patient access, support the integration oftechnological solutions to help practice teams manage workload, improve staffand patient satisfaction, and the efficiency and sustainability of the PCN and practiceservices.

Main duties of the job
