Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage thesuccessful design and delivery of key programmes and large projects instrategic priority areas, including through:

oManaging andsupporting project teams, enabling collaboration, structuring decision-makingand delivery and supporting the development of individuals

oPlanning a broadrange of complex activities, spotting risks and opportunities early

oManages complexrelationships and influences wider organisation and external stakeholders

oEnsuring projectsproduce high-quality work, providing challenge, problem-solving and supportwhere necessary

Responsible for thedesign and development of major reports and presentations for internal andexternal stakeholders

Lead transformationalprojects that often includes presenting sensitive or complex information

Build and maintainexcellent and effective working relationships with key stakeholders includingsenior patient and public representatives, local clinicians and partners acrosscare settings

Initiate, design andfacilitate key meetings and workshops in support of implementation at ICS/CCG,ICP/borough, Primary Care Network (PCN) and practice level

Capture and share lessonsfrom implementation with the wider organisation and stakeholders across the UCLPartnersgeography

Provide coaching and managementsupport to staff leading implementation

Support other teamsdelivering implementation programmes across UCLPartners for example teaching ordevising staff development programmes across the organisation

Work closely withother relevant national programmes to identify collaborative opportunities

Proactively seekfeedback from key stakeholders and, where relevant, make adjustments to theprogramme as required

Ensure theinvolvement of patient and public representatives in programme design anddelivery

Ensure programmeimplementation is accessible and equitable and does not exacerbate healthinequalities

Coordinate evaluationand data collection including learning and insights for the programme
