Site Administrator vacancy based in Central London paying £30,000

I’m currently recruiting for a Site Administrator for one of London’s fastest growing Facilities Management companies. The right candidate will have strong facilities administration experience.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with PPM’s
  • Supporting the helpdesk
  • Helping site management
  • Complete all Service and Maintenance specific administration to final invoice
  • Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract Reviews
  • Coordination of the billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to client
  • Chasing of debt to keep within contractual terms
  • Dealing with Purchase Orders
  • Processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries
  • Comprehensive spend tracking
  • Liaising with the client regarding payment of invoices
  • Updating Portals as and when required
  • The strongest candidates will have:

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft packages.
  • Enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Previous experience in Facilities Management
  • Confidence to work with a long standing team
