You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the lettings team, whilst ensuring that a high level of service is provided to customers at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the lettings manager to provide admin and customer service support
  • Resolving queries via email and phone
  • Ensuring references are obtained and compliant
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the property’s ensuring work is booked in as necessary
  • Organising property visits and diary management
  • Providing support to customers and ensuring updates are provided
