Our client is currently looking for a Head of Assets & Sustainability to join their busy team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff with fully flexible agile working options!

Salary: £53,074 – £55,868 per annum

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Head of Assets & Sustainability Duties:

  • In this role you will lead on the ongoing surveying, energy performance assessment and appraisal of our built assets and manage the Asset team to deliver annual decarbonisation programmes across our housing stock.
  • You will be working closely with our Finance, Development, Housing, Community Regeneration and Customer Services teams, as well as ensuring that our tenants are engaged in our decarbonisation and sustainability activities.

Head of Assets & Sustainability Requirements:

  • You should have a proven track record of managing programmes of work and budgets, and, ideally, line management experience,
  • A highly skilled and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills,
  • You will thrive on working collaboratively and building strong working relationships with other internal teams and external organisations. 
  • You will be very IT literate and digitally focused with a passion for developing asset management and GIS systems to drive efficiencies and improve processes.
  • You will have strong analytical skills to understand and interpret property data intelligence to make the right business decisions.
