Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary within our Psychiatric Liaison Team at City Hospital. The successful applicant will provide an efficient and confidential administration service for the Multi-disciplinary Team.

Applicants should have relevant qualifications as per attached person specification. The applicant must be well organised and able to work to deadlines and targets and on their own initiative.

Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive and highly effective secretarial, administrative and support service to the Liaison Psychiatry Team, supporting the Team Manager and team administrator. The postholder will work flexibly across the 5 acute hospital sites if required. The post holder will be required to exercise their initiative within broad guidelines and undertake project management duties for Team Manager and clinical staff with supervision when required.
