We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated and well organised Estates Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for all Estates and Facilities enquiries

Salary: Grade 3 £24,802 – £26,909 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

Location: Sutton, SM2

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, all year round

The Academy Trust is a family of specialist education providers for over 1500 pupils and students from nursery to further education across 15 academies and 8 college centres in London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. Supporting our academies and college, also operate learning support, such as nursing and therapy, and business support services.

We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated and well organised Estates Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for all Estates and Facilities enquiries. You will manage the facilities help desk and allocate tickets to facilities staff. In addition, you will obtain quotes for maintenance work at all sites, schedule works and disseminate maintenance schedules to site supervisors, Senior Premises Officers and other Estates team members prior to each College holiday period

The chosen person will preferably have administrative experience within an office environment. You will also need to hold a DBS.
