Day to day duties include:

  • Responsible for administrative tasks associated with the process to support doctors in training, alongside the provision of support to the PSWS Associate Dean and their deputy
  • Required to assist and liaise with trainees who may require additional professional support and with the case managers/coaches
  • Support from managers, peers and other stakeholders but is required to be well-organised and able to work with considerable independence in terms of managing and prioritising their day-to-day activities, and maintaining progress, and reviewing and incorporating feedback and sharing best practice.
  • Essential Skills for the role:

  • Proven experience of working in a team environment and delivering team objectives
  • Experience of working in a customer care environment
  • Evidence of working effectively under pressure, resolving issues, meeting deadlines and prioritising workload in a challenging and demanding environment, as an individual and for a team
  • Able to work across a range of administrative areas simultaneously, including systems administration, information assets, data entry and events planning
  • Excellent planning, organisational and delegation skills
  • IT literate with excellent Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
