The Division of Maternity Management Team are looking for a highly professional, motivated and experienced individual to undertake the role of Personal Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team to provide and effective, confidential secretarial and administrative service the management team.

Main duties of the job

The role will be to provide complex diary management, arrange and support meetings chaired by the management team. To provide a confidential secretarial service maintaining confidentiality at all times. You will be expected to appropriately manage confidential, complex and sensitive information, exercising discretion and upholding high professional standards.

You will be a confident and clear communicator possessing excellent organisational, verbal and written skills with previous experience in an administration or personal assistant role. We also require you to have detailed knowledge of administrative procedures and be able to prioritise and plan your own work efficiently.

You will liaise with staff at all levels of seniority and therefore will need to demonstrate effective communication skills. You will be the main point of contact for a wide range of internal staff and external stakeholders and other organisations and must ensure that a professional image of the Trust is maintained at all times.

Main duties for this role will be, diary management, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and presentations, minute taking, use of Microsoft office, dealing with telephone calls, internal and external post, meeting and greeting visitors, preparing correspondence, by email/letters
