Care Plus Employability Services delivertwo strands under one service – Employability and Supported Employment.

We are looking for an enthusiasticindividual to join our Employability Team to help support the worklessnessagenda of Northern Lincolnshire, delivering a holistic approach to supportingunemployed people on a pathway to sustainable employment. The team deliver various employability initiativesincluding voluntary work based learning, apprenticeships, and intermediatelabour market opportunities. They aim to empower local people to becomesocially included within their communities, whilst also breaking down barriersto employment.

SupportedEmployment is a work-based employment team that provides a flexible servicebased on individual needs. Supported Employment supports people with learningand physical disabilities to access employment in both paid and voluntary workby partnership working with other organisations and employers within thepublic, private and third sector

EmployabilityServices are currently seeking to expand their team by recruiting an EmployabilitySupport Officer who be part of an innovative project tosupport local Refugees into training and employment.

Therole is exciting and rewarding, and involves supporting disadvantaged peoplesuch as the long term unemployed, people with learning and physicaldisabilities, lone parents and those experiencing mental health issues toaccess employment and training.
