The post holder will also be required to organise a range of meetings and produce minutes to a high standard, as well as supporting with the management of the Associate Directors mailbox, dealing with correspondence and flagging urgent matters appropriately, whilst maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive information at all times.

You will be the key point of contact for the People Function, working proactively and professionally with colleagues of all levels across the Trust & externally. We would love to hear from you if you have experience of working in a busy administrative role where organisation, attention to detail and customer service are key. You will have at least a Level 3 qualification or the equivalent experience, along with good IT skills. While HR experience is not essential for this role, a willingness to learn is important and we will support you in this process.

We are looking for someone with strong administration skills, proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and happy to make and receive calls on the telephone or online. This role is based primarily at our Newcourt House offices, near IKEA, though the flexibility of hybrid working would be considered. This post will support the People Function across both the Eastern and Northern Services.
