Job summary
There is some exciting newsregarding the Integrated Community Specialist Palliative Care Team. We havebeen given the opportunity to develop a virtual palliative care ward and we arecurrently working on this new model. This means we have an exciting new post availablewithin our existing team of specialist nurse, HCAS and administrators.
Although a very emotive role, ourspecialist health care assistants will work in various aspects of the serviceon a rotational basis making their working week varied with fantastic jobsatisfaction.
We are looking for experiencedhealth care assistants with an interest and a passion in caring for patients inthe community with specialist palliative care needs and at end of life.
