Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Administrator to join our HR team based at our head office in Tamworth.

About the role

As a HR Administrator you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the HR Department.

Based with the HR Team at our head office in Tamworth, key activities will include:

  • Providing first line support to employees and third parties contacting the HR Team.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential staff records.
  • Producing staff contracts of employment and making amendments to terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company processes from pre-employment checks, new starter processes and throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Assisting in a range of HR related projects which include employee communication, employment policies and lifecycle processes.
  • Supporting the continued implementation of Radis’ new HR System. Updating and adding to staff records, supporting the design and roll out of new functionality.
  • Organising the Management Induction Programme and Management Development Days.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
  • Continuing to develop your HR knowledge.
  • General office duties, as required, to assist in the smooth running of the business.

  • Skills and Qualifications required for the role

    We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, conscientious, proactive and very well organised. The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a busy HR Department in a similar role and working to tight deadlines. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage but is not essential. You will have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
