Interim Management Accountant (6 months)

Hybrid working 2-3 days a week

£250-£300 per day

Robert Half are seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join a small finance team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Variance analysis and reporting
  • Financial analysis and reporting
  • Working closely with the finance team and other departments
  • Ad hoc project work as required

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong experience in management accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure
