Do you want to want to lead a team but still remain hands-on with the coding?
We are looking for aspiring team leads who are ready to make the transition from coding as a full time role to building a career within technical management.
You will get to retain a solid technical understanding of systems and remain close to the solutions being developed. You will have equal focus on people, processes, delivery and the governance around these.
