Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our new Intensive Community Rehabilitation Service.

The Intensive Community Rehabilitation Team is intended to offer an alternative for up to 50 service users, who historically may have utilised inpatient rehabilitation and other placements both locally and nationally. The team will have the capacity to offer intensive support for individuals in their existing homes or high-quality tenancies of their choosing. The approach will embrace partnership working, whilst accessing community resources within a strong MDT approach.
