Robert Half are working with an established world-leading client to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will act as cover for a permanent member of staff that will begin their assignment towards the end of February.

The client are looking for a candidate available to work part-time, school hours ideally (5 hours a day, 9:00-14:00) . Due to the length of assignment, this role will be based on-site for the full length. The Accounts Payable Clerk will report directly into the Finance Manager.

Some of the main duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk will include:

  • Checking, analysing and correcting data
  • Check VAT posted on expenses is correct
  • Analysing accounts
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Log invoices onto payment run spreadsheet
  • Transactional processing as required
