Would youlike to shape and influence how we educate, recruit, retain and develop our AHPworkforce?
The BNSSGAHP Faculty is a group of health, social care, voluntary, education andtraining providers, that formally work together across the BNSSG IntegratedCare System, to support and deliver cost effective coordination of AHPworkforce and education development activities.
We arelooking for AHPs who are passionate, innovative and forward-thinking, who wouldlike to develop their project and leadership skills in a strategic, systemrole.
The role is a secondment up to 12 months and we can offer between 2-5 days/week allowing you to do this role alongside your substantiverole.
We are keento hear from all AHPs that currently work within the BNSGG at all grades who may be interested. The final make-up and duties of the team willbe decided based on the skills, experience, hours and areas of interest of thesuccessful applicants.

Main duties of the job
Work with HEE and BNSSG workforce group to review supply/demand model for AHPs across BNSSG
Identify and make recommendations for increased clinical placement capacity including new models and assessment methods
Identify new recruitment initiatives and share best practice
Scope retention initiatives regionally and nationally and make recommendations and pilot retention activities
Completion of a self-assessment against the AHP support workforce readiness tool and outline recommendations for action
Liaise with the BNSSG Preceptorship Group, representing AHPs to ensure connection between the established ICS and the developing national AHP Preceptorship Frameworks
