This is an exciting opportunity to join the admin team within the 0-25 Family Health Team in County Durham

You will be required to provide efficient and effective confidential administration and clerical support to the 0-25 Family Health team

Main duties of the job

    • Provide administrative support to the 0-19 (25) Growing Healthy Teams / Safeguarding Team.
    • Typing of reports, letters and emails as required.
    • Photocopying, Scanning and filing letters and documents as required

    Accessing health records (Summary Care & SystmOne) to compile demographic information to support the team

    • Ensuring information that comes into the 0-19/25 / Safeguarding Team is scanned/ recorded on clinical records and significant events.
    • To manage the complex filing systems required for the safe handling of child protection information.
    • Making appointments and updating electronic diaries and ledgers when required.
    • Contribute to the day to day smooth running of the administrative team working closely with the Admin Team Lead
    • To exercise Initiative based on knowledge and experience when dealing with enquiries.
    • Responsible for inputting sensitive information and retrieving data on Trust IT systems in accordance with Trust policy.
    • To assist colleagues as directed by the Admin Team Lead in times of work pressures/Sickness and Annual Leave.
