JOB TITLE: Finance & Procurement Assistant

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

COMPANY TYPE: Home Automation

SALARY : £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + Bank Hols, adding 2 every 5 and then 10 years of service, company Pension

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

LOCATION: West London (Hybrid working model after probation)

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Maintaining purchasing records and highlighting any potential lead time issues based on site requirements provided by the Project Management team
  • Placing orders with suppliers and following up delivery dates
  • Reviewing credit card statements, following up receipts and reviewing transactions
  • Keep track of offices/showroom essentials; stationery; fruit; milk; etc.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support and keeping records up to date
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller and provide administrative support as required
  • Skills & Experience

  • Administration experience in a similar role
  • Proven success with Excel and other Microsoft programs
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively
  • Any past experience within a purchasing or accounting department referred but not essential
  • Positive and Flexible
