Job title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Start date: Clearance Pending
Duration: 12 month
Pay rate: Competative
Location: Reading
Hours of work: 37hrs Mon-Fri
Applicants must have experience of the following:
* SC Clearance (Must be indate)
* Degree Qualified or member of chartered Institution
* Mechanical or Process background
* Significant experience in supporting construction + commissioning phases of a project
* Design engineering perspectives
* Experience of technical query concessions + design changes throughout this phase (Essential)
* Pressure systems (industry standards)
* Must be able to evaluate technical queries + process these from a design understanding
* Understanding of design reviews/Mechanical handling design
Role information:
Provide designs for such that utilities, infrastructure, engineering processes, equipment and facilities are compliant with legislation, standards and requirements associated with engineering design throughout the facility lifecycle.
