We have an excellent and flexible opportunity for a  Receptionist  based at The Horder Centre, Crowborough.

Working with our fantastic front of house team, the successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients and staff to The Horder Centre, as well as efficiently managing and responding to all telephone queries.

About the role:

  • Meeting and greeting patients and staff in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Managing and screening incoming calls, including assisting with any queries where possible
  • Assisting with the administrative tasks relating to patient notes
  • Provide additional clerical support to the wider teams, as and when needed
  • Guiding patients to the relevant area of the hospital, in line with their appointment needs
  • About you:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A friendly and welcoming telephone manner
  • Great multi-tasking skills
  • Previous experience within a customer service environment is desirable
  • Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough

    Working Hours: Bank flexibility required

    Salary: £10.45 per hour
