We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic clinical services manager to lead our 3 teams who work with those who have Dual Diagnosis and substance misuse issues.

SIAS (Solihull Integrated Addiction Service) is a well-established partnership led by BSMHFT with Aquarius, Welcome and Changes UK based at Newington Centre.

Recovery Near You is a Wolverhampton based a partnership led by NACRO with BSMHFT and Aquarius delivering substance misuse services.

Both services are high-quality recovery orientated substance misuse services for young people and adults

The COMPASS Programme is a trust-wide service working with clients who experience both severe mental health and substance use difficulties.

The successful applicant will ensure that the current strong partnership links, commitment to excellent evidence based clinical treatment and to recovery are maintained and developed within the services.

We are looking for someone with experience of leading partnership services, a background in mental health and substance misuse treatment services and with the right skills to lead teams effectively.

The post is for 37.5 hours per week

Main duties of the job

  • The post holder will be expected to offer overall professional clinical leadership and management to the managers of all services
  • The post Holder will ensure effective partnership working within the SIAS and RNY service and ensure reporting to contracts and commissioners is completed within agreed timescales
  • To ensure effective data collection and monitoring of activity within the teams
  • To support the Contracts manager with contract management and reporting
  • To support the refocus of The Compass Programme and develop the Compass service within the agreed plan going forward.
