Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible forleading on the delivery of our key objectives. These include:
Optimal networkand asset management across all new and existing locations of delivery of IGPFservices including remote working
Managementand development of our EPR clinical system (EMIS) delivering a positiveexperience for all users maintaining a positive, collaborative relationshipwith the supplier ensuring that service level, developments and commitments aremet
Lead onthe delivery of Digital Data intelligence and insight function collaboratingwith stakeholders to deliver integrated propositions where required
Takethe initiative in thought leadership, innovation, intelligent automation andcreativity re digital advancements and communicate these to IGPF seniormanagement team with a clear case for change
Workclosely with IGPF Head of Business Services to identify new businessopportunities for IGPF presenting quality and financial benefits associated tonew business ideas

The ideal candidate will haveexcellent management skills and be accountable for the performance, welfare andwellbeing of our IT, Networks and Analytics team using effective coaching andleadership. They will also take a lead role in co-ordinating and supervisingthe newly recruited Digital and Transformation Leads.
