**This position is open to staff working at the Trust in the ‘ECT Family’ this includes current East Cheshire NHS Trust employees, bank staff, ISS staff and volunteers at the Trust.**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Support Assistant in the friendly and supportive admin team, within the Integrated discharge Team.

We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator, is organised and confident using a variety of IT systems.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide essential admin support to a group of nurses, therapists, social workers and other professionals by communicating with a variety of services, both internally and outside agencies.

They will be responsible for collecting, collating and reporting a variety of data to support the organisation.
