We are looking for a capable and motivated individual to support the division by coordinating/administering medical rotas and recruitment. This post is permanent, and will involve working closely with the medical junior doctor rota coordinators, senior clinicians & operational managers.
Main duties of the job
This role is an excellent entry level into NHS operations, in which you will learn how to deliver outcomes by successfully managing relationships, priorities and complex detail.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the hospital maintains safe levels of medical cover at all times. The right person for this role is someone able to listen, problem solve and build good relationships, while following key policies.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and able to work independently. We are a fast paced service and the successful applicant will need to be comfortable working to multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
