Adecco are proud to be working with a leading supplier of environment and chemical compliance solutions. They are currently searching for an enthusiastic individual to join their upbeat team. They are a very well established company and have a lot to offer. We seek individuals with administration experience as well as telephone customer services experience.

Duties:

  • Chase suppliers that are late in returning confirmations and documents until task is completed
  • Track the completion of the pick-up request by checking the confirmations and documents returned by suppliers
  • Manage and reconcile monthly data entered into flex and other formats(internal spreadsheets)
  • Receive pick-up request/enquiries from collection points and suppliers by email, phone and online
  • Ensure all internal reporting is accurate and completed by required deadlines (inc. accruals)
  • Prepare expected evidence tonnages in line with collected tonnages/requested evidence notes from suppliers
  • Support the compliance manager to complete KPI’s, measure performance regularly, and provide data analysis
  • Check at the end of each day, week and month that the status of the pick-up requests and confirmation/documentation return
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, verbal and written
  • Advanced Excel
  • Organised methodical and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of logistics and recycling services, local authorities knowledge is desired, but not essential
  • Result orientated, ability to propose simple and pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to build long term relationships
