The Finance Business Partner will receive a salary up to £50,000 along with other attractive benefits including a hybrid remote working system, generous bonus, private medical cover and an electric car scheme. The primary responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include –

  • Act as a trusted business partner to Success and client leads providing insight and recommendations against current year performance vs budgets and forecast
  • Understand the value drivers of the business and provide guidance on contract / service performance including scenario planning, KPI analysis and benchmarking.
  • Highlighting risks and opportunities to financial performance and developing and monitoring action plans to mitigate these risks
  • Developing the skills and commercial awareness of employees through training and development activities
  • Work with FP&A role to produce scenario forecast models to help success leads with growth ambitious and identify any risks and opportunities
  • Influence and challenge Business services budget owners into a course of action resulting in the best financial outcome.
  • Support and mentoring to the finance operations team.

Key experience and attributes of the Finance Business Partner include –

  • Minimum part qualified accountant. Ideally a finalist or qualified!
  • Have experience in a commercial finance role as a finance business partner or FP&A Accountant
  • Strong excel skills and the ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Be a great communicator who can engage with stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A team player
