A ranked West End Firm is recruiting for a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate to join their team in London.

The Firm advises a wide range of clients, from individuals to start-ups, major corporations, public bodies and international businesses which need sophisticated advice as they grow and meet new challenges.
The team are ranked across the legal directories, representing a wide range of clients including start-ups, serial entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, retail and manufacturing businesses, media and tech companies and international private equity houses. As part of the corporate commercial role, you will be advising on sales and acquisitions, structuring, private equity, corporate governance, and joint ventures, as well as, all forms of commercial contracts, from traditional contracts for services to tech, retail and outsourcing agreements to commissioning, broadcast and distribution agreements for film and TV and publishing, and provide guidance on limitation of liability, data protection, and termination provisions.
