We have fantastic opportunity for a Service Transition Analyst to join our team here at Lookers!

£45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience

This role is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract.

Based from our Altrincham Head Office, with an extremely flexible hybrid working approach, The job holder may be required to travel to company or supplier locations as and when necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the Sales Transformation Project as Lookers revolutionise and improve the way our customers do business with us. The role will primarily lead, plan and execute Service Transition of the Sales Transformation Programme.

Play a key role in achieving the smooth delivery of new, changed or retired IT systems/services by ensuring an appropriate level of business engagement, planning, communications and due diligence has been undertaken prior to deployment. This is to ensure that there is no negative impact on users and/or customers.

To work closely with PMO to ensure Transition processes are followed as part of the Idea to Live Governance Framework Process and the Change Risk Policy is adhered to. All colleagues have a responsibility to adhere to the minimum standards outlined in the Lookers Change Risk Policy. This policy defines what Change Risk is, the risk appetite and defines the minimum standards expected for the management of change risk. Lookers manage Change Risk using its Idea to Live Methodology

Serve as an expert on operational readiness and change processes, providing guidance and support to enable change delivery teams to comply with Idea to Live Service Transition.

Role Accountabilities

· The role would lead, plan and execute Service Transition of the Sales Transformation Programme

· The role would be responsible for co-ordinating all key artefacts and documentation to fulfil the process with the support of PMO where required and appropriate for the Sales Transformation Program

· Responsible for managing appropriate stakeholders and messaging

· Responsible for obtaining any required information and documentation from the workstream leads

· Attend a weekly 121 with the Sales Transformation Programme Manager

· Engage with IT Operations teams (Service Desk, Application Support, Infrastructure, IT Security etc) and the Business to define how we manage and support our users/customers to ensure that the ongoing service delivery is smooth and efficient.

· Work with the Project teams and business product owners to ensure you understand business readiness, and equally that business understand the risks of going live without Service Readiness.

· Provide guidance and support to multiple IT projects throughout the project lifecycle, setting an appropriate Governance Wrap and ensuring all Service Transition requirements have been met.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to question information received and challenge where necessary alongside being able to work on and prioritise projects at the same time in a high-pressured environment.

What we’re looking for:

· IT Support and Business experience

· Significant experience in a role where it was necessary to be able to prioritise a range of different tasks, managing own time while working to deadlines.

· Strong stakeholder management, persuasion & influencing skills at all levels

· Logical approach to workload and prioritisation. Must be flexible and adaptable to fluctuating demands.

· Excellent attention to detail, ability to spot and rectify errors and question information received.

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· A strong understanding of the ITIL Service Management Lifecycle

· A thorough understanding of Service Transition.
