Kingdom Healthcare is excited to announce that a vacancy has opened up for an Assistant Care Co-ordinatorin our Belfastoffice.

Location: Stranmillis Road, Belfast

Contract:Permanent. Full time with on call duties

Salary: £11.23 per hour

Main Purpose of Role:

Support domiciliary care services, care workers and service users in the delivery of home care in the Antrim and Belfast area, in accordance with legislated quality standards and company equal opportunities and health and safety policy.

Principal Responsibilities:

·Work with a team of care workers in co-ordinating safe delivery of care services as prescribed.

Ensure rotas are completed on time and delegated to domiciliary care workers.

·To actively promote a positive and person centred approach to enable service users to achieve their potential for independence.

·To carry out risk assessments on newly referred service users at the start of the service, following any significant change and annually whichever is sooner.

·To work and co-operate with cares, family, appointed guardians, and other professionals involved in the delivery of person-centred care plans.

·Where necessary, cover planned/unplanned absence

Qualifications/Requirements:

·Professional, Reliable and an Effective Communicator:

·Experience with rotas

·Be able to take responsibility

·Flexible

·Computer literate and become competent in the use of Kingdom Healthcare CRM/Scheduling programs
