Hampton Court Palace/HM Tower of London

We are looking for someone to join a small team with a remit covering Procurement, Property Management and Commercial contracts across HRP, led by the Head of Procurement and Contracts.
Your key responsibility will be leading on procurement and contracting activity covering an eclectic mix of categories across all our sites, namely HM Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace, Banqueting House and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens.
This includes including public engagement and interpretation, marketing, security, professional services, functions and events, exhibitions, operations and conservation to name but a few areas, however IT, Digital, Maintenance & Facilities and Construction related procurement activity is managed by other colleagues.
The role will focus on higher value and more complex work whilst managing the Procurement & Contracts Advisor who will provide you with support and focus on lower value activity.
This will involve providing a professional, flexible and efficient service including leading the management of procurement processes and contract negotiations, end to end.

About you
Strong planning, flexibility and multi-tasking skills, stakeholder management, commercial awareness and contract drafting abilities are needed to ensure success in this role, as is an awareness of framework contract offerings from providers such as Crown Commercial Services and the London Universities Purchasing Consortium.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly across different sites (including a measure of home / hybrid working) with a choice of Hampton Court Palace or HM Tower of London as an office base.
Ideally, you will be MCIPS qualified, although this is not essential if practical experience and knowledge can be demonstrated.
Salary: £48,800 – £50, 000 depending on experience
