My client, a large Asian bank, is seeking to hire an 18-Month FTC Diversity, Inclusion, Culture, and Engagement Specialist to join their busy team. Offices are based in central London.
Your new role
This role is responsible for all things D&I and Culture& Engagement e.g. costing, annual reporting for D&I related regulatory requirements, employee surveys and subsequent actions taken thereafter.
This role is an 18-month FTC with the possibility of going permanent.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience working in either D&I or Culture & Engagement, and a passion for the remaining element of the role.
What you’ll get in return
This role offers a fantastic salary as well as a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in the office (currently HR staff do Tuesdays and Thursdays).
