Our client are looking for a part time Assets & Sustainability Administrator who will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service across a range of activities within their Assets & Sustainability Department, providing admin support to the team as they take forward the decarbonisation of their properties, reducing the environmental footprint of our homes and providing affordable warmth for their tenants.

Part Time, 14hrs pw, Thu/Fri

Salary: £22,182 to £23,349 pro-rata

About the Assets & Sustainability Administrator Role

Reporting to their Head of Assets & Sustainability, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department, liaising with the Compliance and Maintenance Teams to provide support as required.

Assets & Sustainability Administrator Requirements

You will have experience of working within a busy office environment and carrying out administrative tasks to a high standard. The Administrator position is a busy, varied, and challenging role and you must be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of asset management software is desirable but not essential for the role.

You will have a minimum qualification level of GCSE or equivalent and excellent written skills with the ability to produce documents such as letters, minutes, and short reports in a professional and well-presented format. The role is fast paced and requires a good level of organisation and the ability to multitask with fast and accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
