We are currently recruiting for an Assessment Records Administrator to work within Higher Education based near South Kensington. Hybrid working. Hours 9-5pm Monday – Friday. Start 23rd January 23 until end of February with a view to being extended. Pay £17.46ph.

Act as a point of contact for general enquiries into the Assessment Records Team inbox, and referring cases on to appropriate team members for further action/investigation

Supporting data entry activities into the College’s central record system, Banner, relating to research student progression and examination status, under the direction of senior Assessment Records’ staff

Supporting routine correspondence relating to the release of student result, progression, and award information for taught and research students

Assist and support service delivery of degree award document production and despatch and assist with queries relating to award documentation dispatch and replacement document services where appropriate.
