AtReadesmoor, we fully embrace general practice changes and offer an alternativeapproach in the delivery of traditional medicine – you will be workingalongside an experienced and diverse clinical team to include 5 GP Partners, 2 SalariedGPs, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, Clinical pharmacist, PharmacyTechnicians, Practices Nurses and HCAs, with the support of Care Navigators. -in a truly flexible position to suit your needs.
